Can I mix M-Smart with other beverages or products?  

Yes! You can mix M-Smart with water or your favorite beverage. You can also add it to Beauty Focus Collagen+, Nu Biome, or any other powdered product. If you choose to mix it in warm or hot beverages, we recommend adding it once the liquid is cool enough to drink (<140 F). 

When is the best time to take M-Smart?  

You can take it once a day, right before a meal. If desired, you can take it twice a day before meals, but you do not need to take more than two packets per day.
